Japan's obesity rate is 3%.

America's obesity rate is 40%.

And guess what?

No one in Japan is doing paleo, vegan, or carnivore diets.

They're just eating REAL FOOD.

None of our processed junk.

Meanwhile, we're over here fasting, cold plunging, and complicating our lives.

In Japan, they just eat normally and walk around.

RFK, please fix our damn country!

I just witnessed a child have a meltdown in the pumpkin patch because he wanted to go to the pumpkin patch. That he was standing in. LMAO

Y’all parent every day? Oh my God. 😂

Jonas Salk didn't spend 20 years researching disease before 7 years creating the polio vaccine (that he tested on himself and his kids) releasing generations from fear of iron lungs and paralysis, just for you to let polio come back because you did your own 5 minutes of research.

Wanna play a game? Do you think this store manager and pharmacist interaction took place at @cvspharmacy or @Walgreens?

Thanks PizzaIsNotWorking, California for the photo!

So let me get this straight: wearing a mask to save lives during a pandemic should be a personal choice, but what a pregnant person does with their own body should be mandated by the government?

[Jess Dweck @TheDweck]

Must be nice to have control over who’s inside you

Ovaries shouldn’t be more regulated than Assault Weapons.

You can never ban abortion, you can only ban safe abortions. Read that again.

Being pressured or guilted into overtime is wrong. Just because you have free time does not mean you’re available to work. Normalize saying no to requests to work on your days off. And for fucks sake stop answering emails on those days. Debbie from accountings bullshit can wait.

Was at a bar alone yesterday when the bartender said, “Hey, check out this text from my sister!” He showed me his phone and it said, “Do not, under any circumstances, get into a conversation with the guy sitting on your right.” Men, if you are in a position to do this, DO THIS.

[Andy Mychkovsky @healthcareandy]

Media should give pharmacists more credit for fighting covid.

Relative to other clinicians, they are some of the least recognized heroes.

[Dan Price @DanPriceSeattle]

Sending your employees back to the office when gas, food, child care, pet care, etc are all through the roof - and not giving them a raise - after they spent 2 years doing the job just as well from home is a great way to tell your employees you don't care about them

[Tinia Harris, PharmD @Tiniagliptin]

DOCTOR OF PHARMACY aka pharmacist here. I just want the general public to be aware that we literally save organs (especially kidneys) and lives on a daily basis by being an additional check on prescribers orders/prescriptions. Our job is to make sure your medications are safe.

@EmKatMac @dvesean @Michelewrites3 Denny’s was on a side street in South Oakland. Apparently, it’s now called Gene’s Place. It was cheap!
