Telling me not to fight the hotel is telling me to accept this BS. #DEFCON isn't going to get my room charges comped for the nights I didn't feel safe in this hotel. Individuals *do* have to fight for ourselves here. No group negotiation would have fixed this.

My goodness, this is the exact scenario I was worried about when I was trying to positively ID the two supposed security staff at my door before letting them in. Instead, they screamed at me. Using threats to bully women into opening their doors to unauthenticated men is insane.
