@LNER hello team! I know you’ve got a lot on but I just tried popping in a delay repay and the “arrival” time isn’t correct meaning I can’t claim. Should I email someone? Thanks!
@HMRCcustomers hi team. I called earlier to be told the systems were down (spoke roughly 9am). Are they still down? Or can I try again later? Thank you
@HMRCcustomers The lady said the don’t do tax calculations over the phone. It’s just if it isn’t sorted now I will be owed more and paid less over the next few months
@HMRCcustomers Thanks Amandine. It won’t let me because it has done a last minute adjustment to last FY. I’ve overpaid in last FY but the app has an underpayment baked into this FY tax code and incorrect details on pension contributions. So I need someone to manually change it
@HMRCcustomers I called but she said she can’t sort my tax code over the phone, and the app won’t let me do it (as it has wrong information). Should HMRC call centre be able to fix it on the phone?
@HMRCcustomers Apologies, me again. Is there a specific department I should call to fix my tax code? I spoke with a lovely lady and she said she can’t fix it for me. It is incorrect and will reduce my take home pay significantly (£500). Thanks
@zavvi please can you DM me? The item finally returned after I ordered a replacement through a different provider last week. I shouldn’t have to pay to return it when I asked several times to cancel the order
@LNER hello team. I know you’re busy today but hopefully a quick clarification. I was supposed to be on the 0633 to London but obviously it didn’t go/ was hours late. So I stayed home in York. However, can I also claim my return ticket back as it isn’t used? It’s advance single
@LNER @TimGale_ It’s the travellers duty to check current guidance? I was impacted today too (Edinburgh to London) but checked before I set off on both LNER and National Rail Enquiries
