It left my Mum feeling rather a burden and a nuisance. Longbridge is one of very few places she likes going to as the spaces are wide enough to fit her wheelchair and assistance dog around and she can move her chair independently rather than rely on me!

Was not impressed with @marksandspencer Longbridge yesterday! Picture it,one woman(my mum) in a wheelchair,cannot transfer independently or walk, both Disabled loos out of action and the only option is to struggle to pick her up and 1/2

have to manhandle her into a ‘larger’ cubicle in the ladies loo! Reader,it was not large enough for anything,the doorway was tiny! It was neither safe nor acceptable but what were we supposed to do?? I appreciate things happen but both loos out of order at the same time??🤷🏻‍♀️
