I'm so glad that Commissioner Baloyi had this conversation with W/O Sander about his application for early retirement. I think the Commission will recommend that he be retained for his skills and be promoted and rewarded accordingly. They did that with Colonel Thepa, EMPD who was abused by her seniors.

It was sad but became a light moment when Commissioner Baloyi said "Let's assume your application is not approved..." and he quickly said "please don't say that.." 😭😂

No Warrant Officer, we cannot afford to lose you. The country needs you now more than ever Sir. Get to that 42 years and more if possible. Thanks again for your service and sorry for your pain. We owe you. 🙏🏽
