• Harvey Legal Benchmark：19.6%，
• HealthBench Professional：56.7%，

Three SpaceXAI engineers turned GrokBot into a money-making business

I collected 10 prompts from each - to build it from scratch:

10 GROKBOT PROMPTS - @poteto

1. Turn one general assistant into a meta-bot. Ask me 5 questions about the company, then create the first 3 specialist bots with memory, skills and initial tasks.

2. Install a rigorous engineering skill pack: tests, PR hygiene and issue-to-ship loops. Remove everything unnecessary for a 3-day build.

3. Turn a general bot into a Chief of Staff that triages Slack, delegates work and only interrupts you for money or product decisions.

4. Create a prototype engineer that ships a simple landing page with email signup today - no database or unnecessary infrastructure.

5. Transform a generic bot into a specialist through chat alone: define its role, tone, tools, workflow and success metric.

6. Use GrokBot for research and disposable prototypes, then create a clear handoff protocol for production engineering.

7. Create a "cracked engineer" bot that owns the repository, ships directly to main, writes minimal tests and never bikesheds.

8. Find the best marketplace bots for research, outbound, inbox, engineering and design. Define the first task for each and remove any that create friction.

9. Generate the complete visual direction for the product: brand voice, hero copy, CTAs, colors and an implementation-ready design brief.

10. Design the thinnest technical stack that can accept payment by Day 3. Separate what must be built from what can be faked.

10 GROKBOT PROMPTS - @mattyp

1. Turn Slack into the company's control plane with dedicated channels for building, bots, prospecting and customer signups.

2. Name the company around its shipping deadline, create the GitHub organization and write the initial product README.

3. Start with zero employees and 72 hours. Design a minimal bot organization covering research, prospecting, engineering, operations and creative.

4. Create a prospecting bot that finds and ranks potential customers, identifies the best contact path and flags feasibility risks.

5. Generate 15 company names, then evaluate the best 5 by domain, email format and ability to work as both a company and product brand.

6. Connect the landing-page signup form to a Notion database and define its fields, workflow and customer confirmation message.

7. Create separate Operations and Creative Director bots, each with a standing routine and a rule for escalating decisions to a human.

8. Write a five-line shipping policy that lets humans and bots move fast, deploy directly and recover quickly from mistakes.

9. Connect the product repository to Vercel and create the complete deployment path from first preview to custom domain.

10. Find the fastest path from the company's current assets to its first $1: define the offer, price, first buyer and payment method.

10 GROKBOT PROMPTS - @roshan_s

1. Mine public posts for problems people want AI agents to solve, then rank the ideas by willingness to pay and speed to launch.

2. Analyze the last 48 hours of customer conversations and identify demand signals with a clearly identifiable buyer.

3. Force all research into one company thesis: customer, painful problem, wedge product and why it must exist now.

4. Write the product thesis, including who pays, the first job to be done and how the team can test it on itself.

5. Map the two strongest customer segments by ICP, pain, offer, price range and Day 1 interview questions.

6. Write the outreach and onboarding flow for the first design partner, including the information needed to define measurable success.

7. Divide the next 24 hours across three humans and their bots, with one owner and a clear definition of "done" for every workstream.

8. Create a designer bot that delivers the company name, logo directions and landing-page hero within 60 minutes.

9. Find the fastest revenue wedge and design the smallest MVP that can presell the product before building the complete platform.

10. Create the path from waitlist to first paid customer to recurring subscription, with daily metrics for signups, calls, sales and revenue.

If you missed 3 days of SpaceXAI courses on GrokBot, these are all the prompts the team used for start - copy them and start making money with a $20 subscription
