Last night, Ukraine came under a large-scale Russian drone and missile attack, severely damaging residential blocks, a shopping mall, private houses and other civilian objects.

In Kyiv at least four civilians were killed, including a 12-year-old child, and at least 60 were injured. Among the injured are police officers who arrived at the site of the strike, as well as medical personnel who came to rescue people. In Odesa, at least nine people were killed and at least 23 were injured. Search and rescue operations are ongoing.
This was one of the deadliest nights for civilians in Ukraine so far this year.

Impunity for attacks on civilians must end. All those responsible must be held accountable.
