I think the best AI engineer is the one who is good at backend engineering too.

AI is not just about LLMs, RAG, Agents or LangChain.

You need to know APIs, databases, async tasks, caching, scalability, security and system design.

AI gives intelligence.

Backend makes it a real product.

@ardent__dev Their is impact, the amount of engineer hired earlier was way more than today. The time took the deliver one project take 2-3 year now it took 6 month with less number of engineer. So after 6 month there is no work or have to find another project.

So there is impact.

I have visited post office today. I have one observation, The condition and infra of post office was bad but employee working their were so energetic and helpful. We should appreciate them, they work in really harsh conditions.
