@wsferries I commute by ferry. These boats are old & worn out. Instead of buying new boats with reliable systems we buy hybrid boats that cost more & break more. Double pay means 60 hr weeks every week. Bad conditions means I want more pay.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@ram7067 If work conditions are bad then people often want more money.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@SteveEvans51020 @1BethDutton Beer, wine & food back on ferries. At least Bainbridge.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@MrAndyNgo A sportswear store is responsible for school funding?

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@war24182236 Hey honey, let's take a vacation where we take drugs and pass out in our car. OK, that sounds fun!

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@choeshow I'm expecting the US to see the Summer of Love 2 tour. I guess they are busy in France so they likely won't make it here until next summer.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@Riley_Gaines_ WTF.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@Jeff_Eager The financial impact of reduced logging is still felt. Many logging towns went from top schools & other services to having little. Logging supported the citizens & the towns well. Loggers, truck drivers, mill workers & whole regions were well supported by the industry.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@D_onald_trump47 Throwing stuff at officers' heads is a good way to get arrested.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@EricLDaugh Cool, I hope this means no more child tax credits & EIC for illegals.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@AmesStraight This seems to be a plot for Idiocracy II (that's two, not eleven).

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@nicksortor And unlike the protesters, instead of threatening violence or burning stuff down, they mock the protesters. Cool, glad to see the younger generation supporting Trump & not buying into the propaganda.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@SharylAttkisson Twice I had flu so badly my temp was 105. It took months to fully recover. With my age & health now it could be much worse. I've had covid twice, both times I felt fine within days. I got the flu shot.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@mattvanswol I get having a policy to give the robbers what they want. You don't want employees to die over money. There needs to be an exception when lives seem to be in danger.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@jasonrantz Most stores use non-digital price tags on their shelves. Most customers walk into the store. Most people would notice significant changes when they check out. So now I won't get the coupons that save me money.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@KatieDaviscourt @choeshow Great pic of you both!

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@mattvanswol I hope the victim can physically & mentally recover. The perps need to never be released. Something is wrong with them. At that age, they should know right from wrong.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@choeshow Hmmm, mostly friendly, mostly peaceful. OK.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@Riley_Gaines_ I don't understand why she is on life support. It would be different if she was breathing on her own but she isn't. The point of an execution is to kill the criminal. Not breathing kills people. Seems the end result is the same.

[WhirlyGig @PlaceOmmision]

@kevinvdahlgren Yeah, you really can't hand out money since it will just go to drugs. You shouldn't feel bad about that.
