Yet again I'm playing how long will it take for me to fix @virginmedia Spent over an hour on the phone yesterday, no fix. Waited an hour to be answered today, & they hung up on me just as I was speaking to someone. Unfortunately they have the monopoly on high speed in my area :(

Had some fraud on my @Etsy account last Wednesday. Raised a support ticket, but I've had no response. Luckily my bank refunded me straight away, but the account I think is dodgy is still out there, doing their dodgy thing!

I really wish @verynetwork @VeryHelpers would stop using @YodelOnline . Nobody turned up to collect my parcel yesterday, they're claiming they left a card but there is none and I can't get hold of anyone to help me because it's a Sunday. @YODELhell

@JudgeTread That’s awful about the diagnosis. I just cannot get enough sleep, I tried a sleep hygiene course but that didn’t help. At the start of lockdown I was going to bed the same time I am now but I was up at 6 for a run. Now I snooze until I have to start work!
