After >10 years of studying pandemics, cancer, and other chronic diseases, I dedicate all my time to food system and diet transformation.

Animal products, sugary and alcoholic drinks, and junk food (vegan or not) are bad for us, and animal products and factory farms are the leading causes of pandemics, antibiotic resistance, global malnutrition, habitat loss, deforestation, and other environmental issues.

The solution is right in front of us. It's the food. 11 years ago I stopped eating animals and that's been the best decision of my life. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner :)

Today, I'm healthier than ever, exercise regularly, and even donate blood.

I'm here to share what I've learned with others, because I wish someone told me about this earlier!
