@Uber_Support after almost a month of trying to do Uber eats, and customer service reading off the same script while offering me the same inefficient solutions, customer service still refuses to pass me to tech-support or upper management, keeping me jailed in the same loop

I’ve even let them know the private side of things (that I didn’t wanna even share with them), and they still don’t care, and just speak to me in this automated way, continuing to throw the same script at me. I’m desperate here, can somebody @Uber @Uber_Support help me with this?

That said, it doesn’t really help when the bureaucracy of first level customer service @Uber @Uber_Support won’t allow me, even after a month of them trying the same inefficient solutions, to speak with someone that actually can solve the issue.

So, even though I’m going through extreme emotional breakdown, and missing my partner to death, I’m forcing myself to sign up for half a dozen different gig related sources of income so I can at least keep my financial state in order, in the hopes of rebuilding my life.

@progressive trying to keep the conversation off the record in a case where a drunk driver totaled my car. They know I’m disabled on a set income, yet they’re trying to get me to accept their LOW payout amount even though they know there’s an impending police report. #Disability

So here’s what I’m dealing with: a drunk driver totaled my car this week, and Progressive Insurance thinks that it’s appropriate to force me to accept the payout that they even admitted will not be enough to cover the total cost of replacement.

@progressive What for? I already talked to one of your representatives twice today and they insulted me. I told them how I am disabled in my spine, on a set income, and they still tried to shake me down and coerce me to take their decision by telling me they won’t keep my car on the lot.

@A_Varga_Author I’d say the crux of that is the reason behind why it’s not good? Is it not good cause you can’t relate to it? Is it not good because the language utilized is formulaic? Is it not good because they’re trying to reiterate tropes that have been done to death?
