THE ECHOES OF WAR
A Revolutionary Manifesto
I. The Prologue of Betrayal
They came in suits, with Bibles and constitutions,
Swore oaths with trembling lips, then stabbed justice in the chest.
They preached the gospel of hustlers,
Then hustled the people dry.
SHA. SHIF. SHI. SHAME.
A trinity of theft,
That deducts religiously,
But delivers nothing but bureaucratic echoes —
A healthcare system that dies before the patient.
Ruto’s regime —
Not a government, but a get-rich-quick scheme.
A syndicate in state regalia.
They speak policy, but act piracy.
II. Of Empires and Intellectual Mercenaries
Rome fell.
Not from swords, but from within —
By gluttony, by greed, by governance turned gang.
Sound familiar?
Kenya bleeds under the weight of her own Caesar.
And you @MutahiNgunyi — the scholars for sale,
The professors of propaganda,
The suit-wrapped echoes of the regime —
You are not neutral pens.
You are inked in blood.
Let this be known:
When the courts are captured,
When parliament dances to executive drums,
When the constitution is toilet paper —
The People become the Final Court.
You ask if this is violent?
Was the French Revolution polite?
Did Spartacus draft memos?
Did Mau Mau send emails?
No.
The oppressed never whisper.
They roar.
They burn.
They reclaim.
IV. The Legal Brief of Revolution
We, the betrayed, submit this motion:
That the current regime is in breach of social contract.
That the constitution has been violated by oath-breakers.
That justice cannot coexist with plunder.
And therefore,
By the spirit of resistance,
By the fire of our ancestors,
By the law of natural justice —
We rise.
V. The Echoes
The Echoes of War are not calls to chaos,
They are the drums of dignity.
They are the sounds of shackles breaking.
They are the warnings to the elite:
You cannot eat the future and expect peace.
2027 is not an election.
It is a reckoning.
A revolution.
A reclaiming.
So let it echo.
In the streets, in the schools, in the silence —
Let it echo through every empty promise,
Every stolen shilling,
Every desecrated dream.
Let the Echoes of War remind them:
The people are watching.
And this time —
The people will remember.
I am ok to work with you kaka but we have to be pragmatic no sensationalism. I am in business school one of the things we are taught is to argue for the counter position not just for the sake of opposing but for several reasons:
I. Has the person thought through the idea?
II. Is there a faster way?
III. Are there alternatives, is this the best approach?
Don’t just adapt the team player mentality - it’s not a good thing for business/groups/Institutions it may stifle real discussion and make other people's opinions seem undesired and therefore create tyranny.
Lastly,
In the U.S., the Founding Fathers designed a system of governance rooted in the principle of pluralism—where power was distributed among different branches of government, and differing political views were encouraged and institutionalized. This diversity of opinions, between Federalists and Anti-Federalists, for example, led to a system of checks and balances embedded in the Constitution, ensuring that no single group could dominate.
Strong systems are built on diversity of opinions.
When you go to the hospital, and they scare you with comments like,
"Your cholesterol is high. Swallow this statin."
— Don't accept.
Cholesterol is never a problem.
The problem is INSULIN RESISTANCE.
Cholesterol tests are useless. Do the following tests instead:
• HbA1c: This will expose the blood sugar percentage that predisposes you to diabetes.
Typical range: below 5.7%
• TRIGLYCERIDE TEST: Triglycerides are a more significant problem than cholesterol.
Typical range: Below 100 mg/dl
• SYSTOLIC BLOOD PRESSURE: This is the upper number of BP readings. It portrays the effort your heart puts into pushing blood through arteries.
Typical range: Below 120 mmHg
• LIPOPROTEIN INSULIN RESISTANCE SCORE (LPIR): This test measures the behaviour of insulin concerning lipoprotein activities.
Typical range: Below 45
• HOMA - IR (Homeostasis Model Assessment) for Insulin Resistance: This test determines the amount of insulin the pancreas needs to be released to regulate blood sugar.
Typical range: Below 1.0
• CORONARY ARTERY CALCIUM (CAC) SCORE: This test observes the amount of plaque in your arteries as a predictor of heart disease.
These are the tests that predict if you are at risk of diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
Please don't depend on cholesterol tests because they say nothing.
The corrupt medical system forces you to do cholesterol tests so that it can hook you on useless "Cholesterol-lowering drugs" known as STATINS.
Don't swallow statins. Avoid them.
