So they can close my account without consent. The joke is that your agents keep asking me to close the chat as a form of helping me but then I end up in another fools chat log. Trying to explain I just want out!! @ThreeUK this is acting in bad faith! #worstNetwork!

Like what is the meaning of this behaviour from you guys!!! It’s absolutely disgusting! No efforts have been made to fix this but only making the situation worse. I’ve learnt that one of your agents took it personally to add emotionally charged malicious comments on my account.
If they’re being paid adequately, the would be happy to help and endeavour to give excellent customer service but they can get away with ending live chats and incompetence because no one will call them up on it. An by the time it reaches the right chain of command. @ThreeUK
