Very important to simplify your life. Whatever you can remove from your possessions, from your schedule, from your mental bandwidth, do so. The things that you own take up space in your head. When you own less, things become clearer. Decisions are easier, and you reduce attachment to physical reality, which benefits you spiritually and mentally. Practise regular clearouts and donations of what you do own, and also try to live in a way that is simple and enjoy that, for the best things in life are not attached to owning possessions.
God bless the niggas who are 100x bigger than us and still fuck with us, put us on, and genuinely wanna see us win alongside them.
That shit will always be respected.
Knowledge used to be what universities gave you.
Now it's at your fingertips.
So what are universities for?
My answer, 32 years into teaching: stop lecturing.
Start curating. Turn students into co-creators of knowledge, not recipients of it.
This corn ball got slimed by one of his own rolling 60’s Crips.
Nipsey accused Eric Holder Jr. of being a police informant in front of another group of crips.
Eric left, retrieved his two pistols, returned, and killed Nipsey where he stood.

I’m pretty disappointed that I grew up believing bad people would face consequences for doing terrible things, only to become an adult and realize that bad people literally get away with everything. Sometimes, they even get rewarded for it.
Part of growing up is realizing you're not above anything. Homelessness, job loss, heartbreak, illness, failure, even death can happen to anyone. Life can humble you overnight. Stay grateful, stay grounded, and never look down on someone struggling.
Pain is the only alchemy that matters. nothing transmutes flesh into divinity faster than agony properly held. the great lie of this century is that suffering is always bad, to be avoided at all costs, even by those who know better, even by those who preach that sacrifice is the heart of love but still try to live pain free lives, because they have not yet understood the difference between suffering and sacrifice, between pain endured and pain chosen. all pain burns equally at the level of nerve ending, but only the pain embraced will give you wings. the rest is just shrieking meat. nothing else turns man to angel faster than the pain he accepts willingly for a greater love
