@FamilyMobile I saw on the FCC keep Americans connected pledge that tracfone was one of the many service providers that vowed to keep service on. It was the first request of the FCC. So why is my phone getting cut off I'm not trying to get it for free no money now

@FamilyMobile safelink does not keep my phone on I have been on the customer service line almost every day for a month with problems with my service on my 4 phones. I have been patient but this company is really going to cut my family's phones off?
