@NE5Seadog@MiddleMatthew No, i've repeatedly told you this:
Logically, the fact all PL clubs have embraced the SD model demonstrates its efficacy.
Do you understand this, you pure spakka?
@NE5Seadog@MiddleMatthew Where did i say i supported Wise and Jimenez?
Desperate stuff.
Do you understand that every PL club uses the SD model, and that this model has been the norm for years?
@NE5Seadog@MiddleMatthew I've never said i support it unequivocally, though, have I? That's just you trying to save face after making a tit of yourself.
The SD model clearly works in general, or clubs would have binned it off years ago, you helmet
@NE5Seadog@MiddleMatthew No, what i'm saying is, every PL club and a chunk of the Championship uses the SD model.
You repeatedly cherrypicking a couple of failures doesn't invalidate that, does it, you absolute cretin
I can predict the future: there'll be a phase in the MSM-Westminster merry-go-round when Starmer will sit in TV studios being treated as a wise and humane sage, and the MSM will in effect be asking us to forget that they told us he was a weak, vascillating incompetent.
In 1990, the average wage for a job that would now be minimum wage was around £5 an hour and the average price of a pint was around £1.22. This means that for one hour of work you could afford to buy 4 pints.
Fast forward to 2026 and minimum wage is £12.71 and the average price of a pint is around £5.50, meaning you would only be able to afford 2 pints for an hour of work.
If wages had kept up with the price of pints then the minimum wage would be around £22.54 per hour.
But the problem is coffees and subscriptions right?
Newcastle selling Woltemade represents much more than just “it didn’t work out”. It’s a rejection of playing a new style with new player profiles. Woltemade was a step in the direction of becoming a ball-dominant, top 6 club. Selling him says, “we prefer to be underdogs”
@NUFCLC I'm sure last summer Eddie let slip that Andy Howe could only manage working on one deal at a time.
If true, he'll just be getting started on target 2 after missing out on munoz.
Gonna be a long summer
🚨 EXCL: Newcastle United have REJECTED an offer of around £80m from Tottenham for Sandro Tonali.
❌ Spurs’ offer for Tonali landed earlier this week and was knocked back by Newcastle — immediately.
✍🏼 Man City are also very keen on the midfielder, but are prioritising their move for former Newcastle man Elliot Anderson.

🚨 BREAKING: Keir Starmer is officially set to resign as Prime Minister
Several media reports say he'll outline a resignation timetable on Monday after consulting with his wife and family today
@NE5Seadog@MiddleMatthew Why do you think one outlier invalidates the model?
All PL clubs use the SD model now, grandpa. You are screaming at the tide coming in, like King Cnut. But with a couple of letters rearranged
@NE5Seadog You don't understand the SD model well enough to take the piss.
Go back to reminiscing about the good old days, grandpa. The world has moved on
Been called all sorts for ages for saying what the journos already knew - Howe fought for control of transfers, then fucked it.
But you won't find Hope or Edwards being honest about it like this
