I was shocked today in #Bangor #Maine on this exact city block where I counted 6 vacant commercial buildings.

Traveling to the hotel I noticed vacant buildings everywhere.

My curiosity googled:
"why does bangor have so many vacant commercial properties"

@OliverKell_ If you wait for a positive breath, the strongest stocks may already be 10%+ from bases. I've found that buying the second tier of strong stocks after missing the 1st often leads to getting taken out during corrections or index weakness. Account green to red 🎢
