A pawfect day at Clarence House… 🐾
Her Majesty has welcomed guests and furry friends to Clarence House to celebrate 15 years of @MedDetectDogs, a charity which trains dogs to save lives using their amazing sense of smell.
The wonderful 2nd Stewkley Brownies kept their paw-romise and raised £200 which they have kindly donated to MDD. They have also sponsored honorary pack members, MDD pups Winnie, Logan and Nora who they have been busy writing letters to!

Jess, is a sweet, cheeky trainee Medical Alert Assistance Dog who tackles all her training with confidence and enthusiasm. At the moment she is working on not rushing her decision making as in true Spaniel style, she does everything at lightening speed!

We make sure our trainees get used to all sorts of sights and sounds from a young age and in puppy classes, you never know what you mind find!
Faldo whizzed over the bubble wrap without a care showing what a bold, adventurous boy he is becoming.

Need a fast, accurate, non-invasive test for COVID-19? Don't worry, Willow's got this.
She's one of our #COVID19 detection dogs training in the field, screening people in a split second to see if they pick up the odour of the virus.

@hayleylever I didn't think about it like that but yes, fair point, I can see how the language could put some people off. The introduction I received and the warm welcome from everyone was far from elitist and scary though. Certain language will always have different connotation for people
