The Supreme Court in Florida has made a devastating mistake by allowing a sweeping abortion ban to take effect. Floridians and people across the Country deserve bodily autonomy and freedom. We will NEVER rest until we stop the bans and recover our rights. My joint statement:

These are the facts: requiring a prescription makes it harder to get and consistently use birth control pills.
Here is the solution: birth control should be universally available and absolutely free of cost.💁🏾♀️💁🏽♀️💁🏼♀️
One of the harshest anti-immigration laws in the country goes into effect in Florida tomorrow, threatening the health and safety of communities throughout the state.
Please stay tuned to @PoderosasFL for updates and ways to take action.
At the end of the day, we got us / Al final del día, nos cuidamos 💪🏼
HB 1617, the anti-immigrant bill, passed out of its first House committee today but not without a fight from our coalition + champions. The senate version is being heard tomorrow morning! We’ll be there 👊🏼
Our FL State Policy Advocate @aureliemariee spoke with @NBCNews about the impact FL’s 6-week ban will have on marginalized communities. Read here: https://t.co/sycQuR2OB1
SHOCKING: In closing on the 6 week abortion ban, Sen @ErinGrall blames doctors for playing with women’s lives.
Doctors didn’t introduce this.
Doctors overwhelmingly oppose this.
You barely let doctors speak on the bill.
Senator Grall is lying & playing with women’s lives.
Fake clinics disproportionately hurt our Latina/e community & families by adding yet another barrier to already limited access to care. Shame on the FL Legislature for giving an additional #25million to fake clinics.
Latinas/es face many barriers that hinder healthcare access and literacy, which can make them more likely to be deceived by fake clinics. They even place billboards in Spanish, targeting immigrant communities. Why would the FL legislature give #25million to fake clinics? #RJ
For Latinas/es who may work multiple jobs, do not have paid leave or lack transportation, making a trip to a provider is already tough. Making another after they been lied to or lured away from their expected appointment may delay for them to get the care they need. #25million
Anti-abortion fake clinics outnumber real abortion providers nearly 3-1 in Florida. Now the legislature is planning to give them #25million more a year to push their agenda.
Take action: https://t.co/DRwHq9eTGM
Literally nobody:
Florida Legislature (feat. Gov DeSantis): What if we invest #25million into anti-abortion billboards intended to shame pregnant people?
Now why in the wooooorld is yhe Florida Legislature giving #25million a year to fake clinics that lie to pregnant people while Floridians are struggling to make ends meet? 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀
