Where is the color? The books are far too symmetrical. This looks like shelves someone would create to show off how much they read without reading. (I know you do read, though.) Your shelves are too serious.

Farewell to my best canine friend, who passed away today. She had a tumor on her spleen that was undiagnosed, and it ruptured. She passed away at the emergency vet.

May she run without fences or leashes in her next life.

@DanielBGreene I do not buy books from Amazon unless I absolutely have to. This means I've purchased only 2 books from them in 10 years.

They killed all my local bookstores and made me mad.

@TangoTekLP I'm an oddball when the power goes out. I love it. People on the entire block go OUTSIDE and chat with each other like neighbors used to do. It is so quiet, its unreal.

Mine you, I have a well with well water, so there are drawbacks to having outages. But I enjoy them!
