The ultimate life hack is the ability to quickly reset and recover. From a bad interaction. From a bad day. From a missed workout. From a poor decision. You can start over whenever you want. You can't always control what happened, but you can control how long you carry it.
january, refurbish my thoughts and coat my intentions in gold. decorate my mind with softness so i can proceed on my path without carrying old chapters that used to weigh me down. tame the temptation to revisit doors that have expired lessons behind them. polish my discernment.
sending love to everyone surviving this season quietly. to the ones carrying heaviness behind smiles and laughter, to the ones doing their best just to make it through the day. you don’t need to have the right words or the right energy right now; your presence alone is enough.
If your spirit tells you to delete someone, distance yourself, or stop sharing with them, listen. You’re not imagining it. People can smile in your face and still speak against you behind your back. Some secretly watch, hoping you fail. Monitoring spirits are real.
Trust your intuition. Your spirit sees what your eyes can’t. Ask God for discernment in this season.
allow the connection to end, allow the version of you that tolerated confusion to dissolve, allow the attachments that once held you to expire; illusions are breaking because you are outgrowing the reflection of yourself that other people were once familiar with.
understand yourself so their misconceptions of you don’t become your reality, understand yourself so their ideas of you don’t become your own, understand yourself deeply so that no matter how much they misunderstand you, your truth becomes impenetrable.

you’ve been breaking your own heart for too long. occupying spaces that shrink every fiber of who you are, wearing disguises that mask your authentic self to make people comfortable, but it’s never too late to start clothing yourself in energy more fitting of who you want to be.
you will never find peace by bending who you are to fit into people’s perceptions of you. rest into your uniqueness, and stop tiring your spirit by overextending yourself to reach people who are committed to misunderstanding you.
flow into this new timeline of your life, you’ve fought the waves too many times in rough situations, you’ve dove deep too many times for people with shallow hearts, but now you can swim into this next chapter of your story using the awareness you’ve gained to keep you afloat.
may, cover me with robes of clarity and wrap my intentions in silk. give me the awareness to see what shouldn’t stay and the courage to open the door for what needs to leave. allow me to find my breath again in places that don’t suffocate my truth or authenticity. be abundant.
leaving behind what doesn’t serve you anymore is an art; decorate your mental space uniquely, add color to the canvas of your soul, varnish your intentions in new energy, paint your life as differently as you want now.
there is nothing more romantic than walking back into your own life after being gone for so long, finding routes that lead you back to yourself when the map in your life isn’t legible, remembering who you are again after misplacing all the keys that lead you back home.
