Unbelievably sidelined from $Joby due to frustration on seeing a redeploy of my token, but after seeing the teams execution, instead of PVP’ing - I couldn’t have more praise.

Just wanted to let the community know the gravity of Joby’s case:

Joby Weeks is an OG in crypto. Dude was buying Bitcoin under $1, millionaire by 19. Then helped build BitClub Network, which at its peak ran was the biggest Bitcoin mining operation on the planet. It even beat Google, Amazon, and Facebook to $1B in sales. Read that again.

Then the FBI shut it all down.

Joby wasn’t running some shady scam. Investors were getting paid. People flown out to see the mining facilities. Things were operating openly.

Crypto was the Wild West back then (zero clear rules & understanding) the government labelled it a “Ponzi scheme” and seized everything. Once they took the assets, payouts stopped… and suddenly Joby was the villain. Make it make sense.

Joby originally went to the FBI to REPORT a hacker who was trying to steal from him. But Instead of helping him, they gave him the Uno reverse card from hell: arrested him, raided all his mining farms & seized all assets.

They then boxed him into a deal: plead guilty and get less time or fight it and risk the max sentence. So he pleads guilty.

In 2019 he’s put on house arrest while waiting for trial… except the trial never happens. SIX YEARS of house arrest. But the max sentence for his conviction was FIVE YEARS in jail?

Fast forward to today - Prosecutors have literally said they don’t have any victims to testify. No victims = No crime. But somehow this man is still stuck in legal limbo.
