I spoke on @BBCNews today about Liz Truss' proposals to implement targets for #policing. My view is that 1) this isn't new 2) it isn't effective 3) it targets the wrong kind of crime and 4) damages morale. We need investment in partnerships, cyber crime to prevent crime.
