The HUDCO Board has approved 10 acres for the project — 8 acres in Gunturu cleared by APCRDA & 2 acres under process.

This state-of-the-art Centre, developed on the lines of the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi, will feature world-class facilities for HUDCO offices, training in housing & urban development, and serve as a financial hub for national & international development agencies.

It will also include a green atrium, convention halls, guest rooms, recreation facilities & club areas — making it a win-win for both HUDCO and APCRDA.

A landmark addition to the world-class infrastructure in our State Capital, which is witnessing rapid growth under the visionary leadership of Shri @NCBN Garu & Dy CM Shri @PawanKalyan Garu, with the strong guidance of Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi Ji.

Once completed, it will serve as a nerve centre to boost the economy, attract investments & place Amaravati on the map as a hub for global-scale events.
