Kefalotyri cheese made from raw goats milk. Cut into it this morning after six months of ageing. I got the salting perfect and it's a little creamy and tangy. Couldn't be happier. The real challenge now is to replicate it.

@mahlephula I think I was in matric (1993) when I read this book. It was a harrowing read, beautifully written. It had a big impact on me as a young man.
The Super Bowl halftime show has left me with more questions than answers. Like, what does a trip to Puerto Rico cost? Are their cigars really that good? And most importantly, could I pull off wearing a fedora?
X has become a stream where a bunch of people continually ask AI stupid questions to validate their own point of view or discredit people with differing views. Don't complain when AI makes us stupid.
