@admcrlsn Hot man I hate to say it but she did her self dirty. I think removing blame from her and saying “if only she did more interviews” totally negates the incredibly hard work AES did to beat out a walking super pac
@keithedwards Fair. Compared to what’s goin on in Texas, it does deserve a lil recognition. I dont mean to sound like I’m on a high horse, I just saw so many people suddenly loving her and I’m like but wait she’s the same person she was a week ago 😭
@neeratanden@michelleinbklyn Moderation doesn’t have to mean corporate/super pac owned politicians but it often is. It’s not center left ideology that’s the problem— but it IS corruption! Abdul won despite massively corrupt headwinds against him. A huge win for democracy and the rebuilding of the Dem party.
@SarahLongwell25@BulwarkOnline Implying voting for Stevens is voting with your head is strange. Voting for a politician owned by corporations and super pacs is not necessarily voting with your head. Just saying you’re “moderate” means nothing. She ran a messy campaign and is losing for it. Let’s read the room!
@danielsgoldman These are the kind of dumb takes that made you a loser. Nobody will (or should) be taking advice from you. Looking forward to you fading into obscurity.
@davidaxelrod Michigan is the perfect general election rehearsal. Swing state, blue-collar America, home to the nation's largest Arab American community —ensuring candidates confront questions about Israel early, and it tests them across urban, suburban, and rural communities simultaneously.
@cenkuygur Fair criticism but I still love her. I don’t mind a purity test but I’m also content with an A-. We should keep challenging her but I feel like let’s be careful not get the pitchforks out too fast.
@politico What is happening at Politico 😭 first the weirdly worded Abdul article and now this weird af take. Like are u ok? SOS if you need help babe ♥️
