That’s unconscionable. The House voted to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour and it’s time the Senate does the same.
Local officials make the decisions others cannot. We are the closest to the people, and we can make policies that are not left or right. To suggest or even imply that local governments are somehow “less than” insults the largest piece of our government.
