If you get a chance, check out my article detailing the tipping point races of the Presidency, Senate, House, and competitive State Legislature Chambers!
As the end of voting draws closer, the key states in play have become solidified. In his latest article, @Pollsterking1 takes a look at some of the “tipping point” states and districts to keep an eye on tonight.

A one-story Taco Bell is opening on Broadway and 109th, one block from the 1 train, on a lot zoned for 100 apartments. Not the zoning. Not a landmark. Not a parking rule. So why only a Taco Bell?
My article in the reply.
Manhattan’s Lower East Side is one of the densest, most-walkable neighborhoods in NYC. Yet the design of its streets does not support its residents’ needs. More than 80 percent of LESers don’t own a car, but the streets prioritize cars above all else. https://t.co/Elmf4W0FQj
Scaling back housing a block from a major rail station is a terrible idea. We need so much more housing, particularly near transit. This continual pressure to scale back housing is a key reason why we have such a deep housing shortage.
@BrandonHarami yes; blocking freeway traffic is not a legitimate protest tactic. it puts lives in danger via emergency service access issues. but thanks for pointing out that Scott Wiener believes in general public safety and order.
@BeshearStan Aren't you the dude who got outed publicly as a misogynist because instead of picking at the whole array of actual things to attack Haley Stevens on you just said she was sagging?
Scott Wiener has been clear about his commitment to justice for the Palestinian people. In Congress, he’ll advocate for a Palestinian state and vote to end military aid to Israel until its government changes course. He also hasn’t taken a dime from AIPAC – something that can’t be said about his opponent in the general election.
Driving Wiener, a strong advocate for transgender rights, out of a Trans March over misinformation and a refusal to accept that candidates can evolve in their positions was wrong and counterproductive.
We’re proud to stand with Scott as he heads into November.
@hayasaka_aryan@ShadowofEzra That's been debunked as utter BS plenty of times but I'm kind of curious”Kaguyas Top Gal” a grown ass man cosplaying as a young girl if maybe you should sit this one out, just a thought :)
There's a case slowly working its way through federal courts in NYC that has the potential to become a national case.
The plaintiffs are challenging the constitutionality of NY's rent control and stabilization laws. And they managed to land a judge appointed by Trump...
@AmicusParvus@r0berto_mid_5 But then he would be carpetbagging also his seat voted for DAC by double digits so DSA could certainly win there, especially if Wright runs for congress in 2028
@trinholitics@decadimitry@JonahDispatch He doesn't like Jewish politicians, or maybe he's just really dumb. Either way Weiner has called what's going on a genocide, supports Palestinian statehood, and has been a trailblazer for more LGBTQ+ legislation in the state, but because he's Jewish and wants more housing EVILLLL
Transit agencies should stop grimly comparing themselves to 2019 ridership
That said, look what Albany just accomplished! CDTA identified key jobs+housing corridors to build 3 Bus Rapid Transit lines
Construction cost only ~$10M/mile. Now CDTA has all-time record high riders
