Quick change of direction.
I've spent the last few years writing and editing. Now I'm building AI automations and agents with n8n and Claude.
I'll be sharing every workflow I build here, what works and what breaks.
@FlorianAure That makes sense. A plumber on a job can't answer the phone, and a missed call is a lost job. Same agent idea, but answering calls by voice, booking the job and texting the owner. Would your clients use that? Happy to build a trade demo. DM open.
A customer messages a salon at 11pm. Who answers?
For most small businesses, nobody. By morning, she has booked somewhere else.
So I built an AI front desk for a sample salon using n8n and a team of AI agents. Here's how it works. 🧵
@FlorianAure That's a sharp list; Saturday DM chaos is real. Connecting the agent to Instagram DMs is my next step for exactly that. Do you work with salons or small businesses yourself? Would love to swap notes in DMs.
@FlorianAure Still the sample setup, no real salon yet. Building it on a demo business first let me test the hard parts (time zones, double bookings, handoffs) before it touches real customers. I'm looking for one owner to pilot it now. Know anyone who'd try it?
@FlorianAure Agreed, that lane is what builds trust. Prices come straight from the owner's own list. If it's not in there, it says so and points to the salon. Complaints, refunds and custom quotes go to the owner by email with the customer's details. The AI never tries to settle those.
The same setup works for clinics, salons, law firms, or any business that answers the same questions and books appointments.

Under the hood: built in n8n with OpenAI, Google Sheets, Gmail and Google Calendar.
Harborview Realty is a demo agency I built to show what’s possible.
The moment a viewing is booked:
✅ The lead is saved to Google Sheets
✅ The agent gets an email alert
✅ The viewing lands on Google Calendar
Nobody types a thing.
In one chat, a buyer can:
Find a rental in St. Pete
See the monthly cost of a $459k home
Book a viewing for Monday at 1 PM
No waiting and no back-and-forth.
The fix: Ava, an AI front desk with 3 specialist sub-agents.
→ Listings Agent: searches live listings
→ Mortgage Agent: calculates monthly payments
→ Viewing Agent: books viewings and captures leads
Each one has a single job, so the answers stay accurate.
The problem:
• Buyers message at night, then call another agent by morning
• Staff answer the same questions all day
• 5+ messages just to book a viewing
• Leads scattered across DMs and notebooks
• Agents hear about hot buyers too late
Real estate agencies don’t lose buyers on price. They lose them on reply time.
So I built an AI front desk that finds homes, estimates mortgages and books viewings 24/7.
Here’s how it works 🧵
This works for any business that takes bookings or inquiries: salons, clinics, law firms, real estate, and restaurants.

One main agent reads every message and passes it to the right helper:
✅ FAQ agent answers prices and hours
✅ The booking agent checks the calendar and books the slot.
✅ Lead agent saves big inquiries and emails the owner.
All of it lands in Google Calendar, Sheets, and Gmail
Result: 5 sources → 10 stories → 1 email → 0 manual steps.
It’s not really about football. The same setup works for competitor tracking, industry news, job alerts & client reports.

Visca el Barça! 🔵🔴 #n8n#AIAutomation
The smart part:
✅ Barça stories only
✅ Nothing older than 48 hours
✅ Similar headlines merged into one
✅ More outlets covering it = higher rank
The top 10 land in my inbox with the day’s biggest headline in the subject line.
