@anthrofestival Hi! We'd love to have our game "Back of Beyond" participate in the festival! It’s a deck-building roguelike featuring anthro characters!

Back of Beyond Playtest is wrapping up. Did you defeat the Elder Gods? Did you even find the Black Market?
Drop your thoughts in our Discord. Our lead designer is personally waiting to hear from you.
We spent some time reworking the combo system.
Buildings and relics can now stack higher than before. And then you add one more layer.

Steam Deckbuilders Fest!
Playtest is open for the festival period only!
New events, new relics, new cards, Black Market, and a lot more cool stuff! #DeckBuildersFest
- on-field synergies are inspired by Luck Be a Landlord, but we wanted it to feel like building a village
- last year we brought a playtest build to G-EIGHT, and players said it was too easy. lol
- Tully and Arumu are returning faces from Tails of Trainspot. old players might recognize them.
- Tails of Trainspot is a small puzzle game about trains. fun, brain-melting, oddly rustic, somehow a little sad. (very cheap on sale)
- Back of Beyond is a deckbuilder!
- Back of Beyond takes place on the Packan Islands, set in the same world as our previous game, Tails of Trainpos.
- Everyone here is an animal — cats, dogs, bears, birds. (where did all the humans go?)
- First character you'll meet: Lucy, your very own meow secretary. Supposedly the charming villain type. Supposedly.
- Packan Islands federal investigator: Henry. Sharp nose, quick to notice when something's off. Equally quick to get distracted by the smell of food.
