If you have $5k in the bank:

• Don't get the new iPhone
• Don't blow it on vacation
• Don't buy a fancy watch

Instead, buy 10 of these little machines & let them make money while you sleep.

Here's exactly how they work:

Harvard needs 8% return every year just to keep the lights on. 5% spending plus 3% inflation. Miss that number and buildings stop, professors leave, research dies.

40% of the operating budget comes from one portfolio. Not tuition. Not grants. One fund.

Jake Xia manages that fund's public markets. He also teaches the math behind it at MIT for free. One of the top five most-watched courses on OpenCourseWare. Millions of views. Almost nobody changed how they invest.

Every year he hands students a blank page. Build a portfolio. No rules. Someone writes 100% Apple. Someone writes rare coins. Confident picks. Same blind spot, every time.

Not one student asks the only question that matters: how much goes in each position. They all pick what to buy. Nobody sizes it.

Sizing is the entire job. The answer won the Nobel Prize. It's called the efficient frontier. Xia draws it on the board in under a minute.

Five equations sit underneath it. Compound growth. Present value. The geometric mean. The Rule of 72. Real return. All older than any bank on earth. All fit on a napkin. None behind a paywall.

A "guaranteed 5% bond" during 4% inflation is a 1% return. The industry doesn't hide this. It just hopes you never run the equation yourself.

The lecture is free. The napkin is free. The only thing that costs anything is not knowing.

I was 27kg overweight, had a visible belly and double chin, and I needed to reach 13% body fat before summer ended.

I achieved it with these 26 rules:

BREAKING 🚨: Don’t replace your iPhone when the battery starts draining.

BREAKING 🚨: Don’t replace your iPhone when the battery starts draining.

BREAKING 🚨: Don’t replace your iPhone when the battery starts draining.

Apple won’t say this out loud…
But your settings are draining your battery faster than they should.

I tested this myself.

Same iPhone.
Same usage.

Battery jumped from 6 hours → 10 hours just by fixing a few settings.

No new phone.
No paid apps.
No tricks.

Here’s exactly what I changed 👇

STOP ASKING YOUR SON "HOW WAS SCHOOL."

He will say "fine" every single time.

A child psychologist told me to replace it with one of these 4 instead:

A woman put a $29 Apple AirTag in her checked luggage at JFK Airport.

The airline lost her bag. The customer service desk said: "We'll locate it and deliver it within 48 hours."

She opened Find My on her iPhone. The bag wasn't at the destination airport. It was at a cargo facility in a different state. Moving. Toward a residential address.

She showed the airline the live GPS location on her phone. They dispatched recovery. The bag with $3,200 in contents was returned 6 hours later.

Without the AirTag: she files a claim, waits 3-8 weeks, and receives $1,500-3,800 in airline liability (the maximum under federal regulation). Probably never sees the bag again.

With the AirTag: she tracked it in real time, forced the airline to act, and got everything back.

$29. One coin-sized device. The difference between losing $3,200 and losing nothing.

Apple has sold hundreds of millions of AirTags. Most owners use them for one thing: finding keys. That's a $29 global tracking network being used like a $5 keychain beeper.

Here are 11 AirTag uses and hidden features most owners have never tried 🧵

Bill Ackman made $2.8 billion on a single interest rate hedge, his only regret: "we should have made $10 billion - we were a little timid"

he raised his first fund by cold-calling every billionaire on the Forbes 400 list. 100 meetings, 6 said yes and total: $3.1 million

his worst recent trade: lost $400 million on Netflix in a few months. "new facts emerged which were inconsistent with the original thesis - so we exited"

POV: You still think Swatch x Audemars Piguet was a flop..

Seen more than 5 watch strap brands introduce their own link bracelets for the Royal Pop and it looks pretty good.

As a Royal Oak collector I do intend to buy some and use them during summer pretty much everywhere, they’re just fun, especially if they release a desk clock support!

But I could see myself rocking these on my Rimowa or duffle bags!

Our TV broke in December, and it changed our family.

We decided not to replace it for 6 months. Best decision ever.

Without a TV, the kids read more, play together, and spend evenings outside with friends. As a family, we talk more, laugh more, cook together, play games, and actually hang out.

On Saturday, we hosted our own family sip & paint with homemade meat pie, chicken wings, and puff puff. The whole day turned into laughter and connection instead of everyone behind screens.

It’s now 10 months, and we’ll likely end the year without a TV. Screentime is way down, family time is way up.

Best family experiment of all time.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to my brother, President John Mahama, the government, and the people of Ghana on the tragic helicopter crash that claimed the lives of Defence Minister Edward Omane Boamah, Environment Minister Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed, and six others.

This is a deeply painful moment for our Ghanaian brothers and sisters. These men died in the line of duty serving their nation with honour and courage.

Nigeria stands in full solidarity with Ghana during this time of mourning. May the souls of the departed rest in perfect peace, and may their families and the nation find strength and comfort in their sacrifice.
