@drneilgupta Students need to be the one designing their own plan and they should try to do as much studying as possible in groups using mixed media resources. Notes etc are great but even better when supplemented with video image etc

Very good points. We notice a lot of teachers think every act of quitting is a high stakes / high risk moment because they're worried it will turn into a habit. Quit Points are important because they can turn into positive or negative moments when handled appropriately.
