@DrDiGiorgio Don’t forget , you must include heart and lungs even if you do not own a stethoscope ( cough- ortho- cough) even though anesthesia is performing their own ( with a very good stethoscope) h&p that is real and not copy and pasted. But the copy and pasted h&p is most important
