It’s right there at the end of the oath: they must follow orders in accordance with the law and the UCMJ. Why would you want them to follow illegal orders?

@Thanatos144 @gtconway3d Trump’s sexual assault case had a jury: It found him guilty of what the judge described as “rape.” In his tax/real estate fraud case, Trump CHOSE to not have a jury trial; the judge found him liable for >$450 million. The jury in his election fraud/hush $ case found him guilty.

@RandPaul Stop lying @RandPaul: most aid US provides to Ukraine is by sending US military’s older equipment + armaments + food, medical & other supplies. Most $ allocated then goes to AMERICAN companies to replenish new equip/armaments for US military and to make the food & supplies. /1of2

We can’t see his right hand, but he likely had it on her arm or shoulder or perhaps even around her, embracing her while the next person was grabbing his left hand. @the_resistor @kaitlancollins I agree: at its heart, the trial is about Trump deceiving voters. That makes voters the victims, and we deserve to watch the trial. Commentary over it isn't needed, just use stationary cameras and run it on CSPAN or PBS. What's the actual harm in documenting the proceedings?
