@AmericanAir Yes,Fare changes as per date.But here we are talking about 21 June, when the date change was free and AA reps denied changing it on 21 June.If they had done it on 21 June,I did not had to pay extra inr 73554.Due to AA reps mistake I had to suffer & pay extra. So I request refund.

@AmericanAir AA reps didn’t change my tkt date on 21 June as they say it was free of cost date change on 21 June.I requested many times. But AA reps changed the date 23 June after taking inr 73554 from me. Such a wrong and hypocritical behavior from AA. #misinformation #mistrust

@AmericanAir Why do #customers have to suffer? In this case of changing dates for the ticket for my husband from MUM to SFO i was #fraud charged INR 73554 in addition to INR 83789 i paid to book the ticket instead of free of cost date change option & approval. PNR:SFHELI #justice

@GoibiboSupport American Airlines says the free of cost ticket was valid on 21 June only.American airline sent mail on 21 June to goibibo.Which goibibo didn’t inform me and didn’t change my ticket date on 21 June. Due to which I had to pay inr 73559 on 23 June for goibibo’s mistake.I want refund
