I wish the privileged stakeholders (incubators, funding agencies and investors) in the climate ecosystem respond to the requests by changemakers quicker instead of getting their egos satisfied by making the changemakers wait and wait for so long

My personal experience: Even upon getting shortlisted and asking the HR before doing the assignment, they didn't communicate. It shows a bad company culture.
It's time companies respect the applicant's time and efforts too.

Why do most of the companies not disclose the CTC in the JDs? Shouldn't this be mandatory?

Applicants get a better chance to decide if it's worth their time to apply or move on.

Saw a person who was giving away native Indian dog breeds for FREE outside Lalbagh West Gate on Sundays. I missed clicking a picture.

He gets the puppies from dog owners and also checks for the next 6 months once the puppies are adopted by new pet owners.

It was nice to see this but I wasn't convinced how native dogs from the Himalayas can adapt to the hotter environments.
