Hello @ZeptoNow
And @OpenSecretSnack , I bought a packet of Open Secret Jeera biscuits on Zepto. The packet says that the mrp, batch no., use by date etc are on the side panel....except that there no such details are printed on the packet.

@ZeptoNow @OpenSecretSnack When I raised the concern with Zepto help, I was only refunded the amount paid by the chat bot. When i approached Open Secret about this lapse, i was told that "since this product is dispatched from Zepto warehouse this needs to be initially higlighted there."

@ZeptoNow @OpenSecretSnack This raises a serious concern of how a product managed to leave Open Secret's manufacturing premises without the mandatory details being printed. I now have no idea whether this product original and safe to consume.
