@virginmedia When I phoned and explained that I wouldn’t necessarily have seen the terms and conditions due to ADHD and that your colleague should have explained. I was told that there was nothing you could do as a company except for offer me another 19 month contract at a lower price.

@virginmedia I tried to save my money by cancelling a couple of services. I assumed as I was still going to be a customer there wouldn’t be any fees. Only to get hit with two cancellation fees in my first new bill. I called to save money and ended up paying more.
