From the Ouroboros docs for the message TraceDidntAdoptBlock: We must have adopted a block that another leader of the same slot produced before we got the chance of adopting our own block. This is very rare.

A very strange epoch. Four minted blocks with about 4% of the delegated stake that would normally be required for such a haul. No blocks scheduled for next epoch and perhaps many epochs after that. Point being, small stake pools, you can have big spikes of luck! Keep the faith!
