@lgblgblgbuk @JournalismSEEN @MetroUK That isn't true though. Both sides were arguing that same point. The difference was one side were claiming that an exception was made for men with a GRC. The Scottish Government wanted to be able to distinguish between legally female trans women and male trans women.

@DanniBrener Just on the issue of sports alone. It's so insulting to the female athletes, who dedicate years to a sport, to be told, "You should be beating the men's times, if only you approached running in a straight line in a less womanly fashion."
