@HannahEBeachler I am sorry this happened. A person with Tourette’s saying something awful is not personal nor an attack but a neurological disability. Grace is understanding context, not internalising it, remembering they also faced a lifetime of marginalisation through no fault of their own.
@AbdulW07 Reaching out to you from a care facility in Stepney Green, for some vulnerable residents. Rubbish not been collected for 4 cycles (pics attached) and now a health issue. As the cabinet member for Customer Service I hope you can help. Pls DM for details.
@TowerHamletsNow 4 missed rubbish collections despite promises that it would happen. Rubbish now piled to the ceiling and flies everywhere. Do you think that this is an acceptable level of service (pic)?
Someone from the council DM me to discuss this.
@TfL your bus drivers shouldn’t wait till the very last minute to pick up passengers and then zoom off before people are safely in their seats. It’s dangerous and shows how poor your customer service is.
@Rainmaker1973 Wow so many men with such small penises feeling threatened by a woman who does what she wants. Congratulations to her and her fiance. A man who doesn’t feel threatened by this shows real Big Dick Energy
@RoyalMail very poor service today. I booked a collection and apparently there was an “Access issue”. How hard is it to press the Flat number and then ‘Enter’ to gain access?
@JimFergusonUK (3/3) The higher overall mortality rate could be because of many different things, weather, flu or even Covid and attributed it to the vaccine whereas the data actually clearly shows that the vaccine is protective against mortality.
@JimFergusonUK (1/3) The data doesn’t actually say that, does it? Even of context without data on population sample it’s a bit of a reach. What the data actually says is that it’s actually clear that the vaccinated have a much lower mortality rate 676.99 as opposed to unvaccinated 987.42.
@JimFergusonUK (2/3) That’s a significant difference statistically. It also shows that deaths in people who’ve had boosters or have been vaccinated for more than 21 days is much lower than those who haven’t 1052.26 as opposed to 1993.79.
@EastMidRailway I’ve put in an appeal about a delay repay claim. Your email says that you’ll be in touch in 10 days. It’s now been 27. Reference EMR/DR/20230709/BDJC
@cash_converters why does your Tolworth store insist on cash only for buybacks? Who can get large amounts of cash in one day? Why do they have PDQ machines if they’re not taking payments that way?
@BrockRiddickIFB Pseudoscience at its best. That is where you take concepts from science, get it wrong, but still manage to make it sound scientific so that the uneducated population thinks that it’s an intelligent explanation.
@EastMidRailway Apparently AC wasn’t working in carriage B. So how did EMR ensure that good customer service happened? Absolutely nothing. The least that could have happened was that water could have been distributed to passengers in that carriage since your maintenance clearly needs work
@EastMidRailway I’m stuck on a stationary train just outside of Kettering. It is absolutely sweltering. Can your onboard team not adjust the AC or provide water? On the 15.32 Loughborough to London
