I’ve had a look through some ICO policies and procedures and the only requirement simplify group give a shit about is not getting a hefty fine so have given the ICO the same

@NetflixUK had Netflix since 2015.. Set up via PayPal, then changed the method after the free trial (which they charged me for!!) to card payment. They have taken 2 payments a month for 4 years and say it’s not their problem and no refund? Wtf? #netflix #CustomerService #jokers
