@myretrolifeshow No? I have plenty of ps5 games that will continue to play just fine and it's also technically like having a super charged ps4 pro for ps4 games.
@DoesItPlay1@RockstarGames Looks like I'll be waiting a few years to grab this on steam for 30 bucks. It's unfortunate so many big games have ruined their physical releases this generation. No point in collecting for next Gen. I'll just be PC for new stuff and continue to collect on what I already have.
@Funkulous00@Wario64 This is an accurate take. Especially when we already know they aren't releasing on PC launch, and also console players spent way more on digital currency for GTA.
@NISAmerica What sucks is even if they reverse course with releasing actual physical games they'll not be able to undo the ruined release of other games like Disgaea 7 complete. Let's hope though.
@ChristianHeiens THANK YOU. I say this all the time about the sequel movies. Hilarious. There's actually some pretty cool stuff they could have done but obviously they just wanted to invoke the feeling of the original movies again.
@NinEverything They must have some pretty strong holiday titles lined up with the price increase going right before the season. Ocarina Remake would be really compelling for a lot of people. Also Pokemon typically releases something (unless they've already announced DLC for ZA)
@DoesItPlay1 However there will likely be niche manufacturers catering to people that still care. It's like how bluray and 4k have effectively gone the way of the dinosaur there are still fantastic online retailers releasing new and updated movies and series for enthusiasts that want it.
@DoesItPlay1 Obviously it's slowly dying out but there still plenty of good options for people like us. I do think I'm another generation or two consoles will have completely switched to digital only (they might all be hybrid consoles).
@MameHaze@VideoGamesPlus_ I think the pro controller is better, but pretty much everything else is right. I'm basically owning it for first party Nintendo games and a couple third party. I don't think this is what people were wanting out of a switch successor.
@NinEverything Looks like we can't even blame the orange guy. Shucks. Almost like the companies are all just seeing how far they can push things before people stop buying this crap.
@LinkofHyrule89@Wario64 Reminder kiddo. The original creator of "Harvest Moon" left after animal parade including most of the original talent. Both franchises are fakes. So enjoy whatever you like without feeling some kind of smug intellectual superiority when you don't know what you are talking about.
@KwingReviews Although I'm someone who actually likes this game I completely agree forcing the motion and especially the dual screen gimmick significantly hurts this game. I was holding out hopes they would have ported it with those things changed but that seems extremely unlikely now.
@KwingReviews Capcom is pretty accepting of this kind of stuff so I wonder if they'll step in and tell him to watch it (since he's currently contacted for Okami 2). That said it's still pretty funny watching him say with with little regard on the worldwide backlash that comes from saying that.
@gematsu >key card
Oh lawd why do they keep doing this? Surely the extra 10 bucks they make in profit isn't going to help the tens of thousands (if not more) they lose out by not doing it.
