@AvantiWestCoast my son lost his black suitcase between Manchester Piccadilly and Euston this evening on the 1835 (he disembarked at Nuneaton). The case contains items of sentimental value and as he suffers with autism this case is of extreme importance to him. Please help

@holidaytaxisCS -we are in Corfu - our airport transfer was booked from the apt for 80 minutes - we were on it 1 hour at the airport over 3 hours travelling!!! Please fill refund or arrange taxi transfer for our return to airport on Thurs as not risking coach again.refund BKBRS2

@British_Airways chased a compensation claim after numerous “we are looking into this” responses and emails. It’s been 4 months…Andy at your customer services was incredibly rude…said “you can complain about me all you want” and hung up. I need a response to my claim
