@O2 Also when I advised o2 could you have not helped me out by contacting 3 knowing a fraudulent activity was being carried out ??? No help given at all. Companies such yours simply do not care sadly
@O2 A webchat from the scammer cancelled my 3 account & set up a pay as you go account with o2. I received texts from 3 saying I was leaving and received text from o2 I was joining them. I alerted both companies but nothing was done by 3 nor O2 to stop this fraud.
@ThreeUKSupport And now I’m without a three account , someone is now using my number with an o2 pay as you go account and all my on line accounts are being hacked
