@madcap412 Honestly, I don't think any studio will bring Halo back to its glory days of Halo Reach and before. The only way I think you can, is if you hire die hard Halo fans that know the lore and what the ip should be. That is your best bet.

@TheGhostOfHope We lnew it's been in the pits. This result has been a long time coming. I don't know if there will be another good Halo game after Reach. 343 ruined and defaced Halo and now it's time for them to put the fries in the bag.

@Creetosis22 I didn't care about politics. But they seeped their way into video games to the point that it became impossible to ignore. They ruined and defaced games that I grew up with and new ones that could've been better. Trying to go after video games was a big mistake for them.

@madcap412 Some problems sort themselves out. These companies never actually cared about the messaging. They only did it because it was the big thing at the time. But when they don't make any money off of it, thet will abandon the idea just as quickly as they adopted it.

This is 100% backpeddling. This wouldnt've happened if the community did not create such a loud disruption. This also had to do with Marathon flopping as hard as it did. The apology and promise to return to Destiny is nice, but I think it's too little too late. Sony have already dug their grave for the future with everything they've done this year. And if things don't work out, they may have to attened the funeral.

An apology and a promise to return to Destiny is a step in the right direction, but I don't want apologies, I want results. I do agree that the majority, if not the enirity of Bungie is not the same people that worked on older games and shouldn't expect the same level of game design or story building from them. I love Destiny, but I'm not going to have any high hopes for this.
