You asked a serious question in good faith so I'll give you my opinion:

It's not a matter of "enjoying" anything, it's more of an acknowledgement of our shared "black fatigue". The black population, particularly in America, is net negative to the broader society in two major ways: fiscally and civically.

Blacks overall take from "the system" more than they put in. That is to say, they contribute less money into the local, state, and federal governments over their working years that Asians and Whites but they withdraw it at higher rates.

Over time, this just simply creates a system where the majority of White and Asian workers are paying their taxes so social programs can prop up a disproportionate amount of blacks. It's this sort of system that starts people on the path of "noticing".

The other point would be the civic aspect and I'm speaking almost exclusively regarding both crime and education. Statistically, black women commit the same amount of violent crime as White men do; it's almost unbelievable. Black men between 15-45 commit around 50% of all violent crime in the United States and the same statistic holds very closely in England, as well. So now we have around 3-4% of the population responsible for half of violent crime? It's a hard thing to not point out.

Looking at the national report card, around 50% of black students are functionally illiterate and 60% are functionally innumerate (that would explain why per capita is such a hard concept for many of them). At the same time, you have White students living in the same environment and in the same school system that are outperforming them. It's a combination of cognitive ability and culture.

We can get lost in all the "whataboutisms" that these sort of conversations bring up. Yes, there are hyper-successful black people. Yes, there are some very intelligent black people. Yes, there are black people that have never committed a crime. But we're not focusing on the exceptions, we're focusing on the cultural patterns which make the rules.

I don't expect you to like, agree, or believe anything that I wrote and that's perfectly fine. White people in the west have finally begun to turn the corner and realize that a collective racial consciousness (which admittedly blacks have had for a long time) is necessary for us. Being referred to as "racist" or "bigoted" no longer has the *sting* that is used to have bother personally and socially.

Only about 0.8% of White women are married to black men.

Your reference states essentially that White women marrying black men are the third most common interracial marriage.
