@PaintTouches Yep, and when you see Ben and Chase slightly regressed too, that’s FIVE players in your core who didn’t get better, all at the same time. Can’t be a coincidence. Why did this happen? Can it be fixed? Did Shaka (and I’m still happy he’s here) lose the team in the off-season?

@WBGamesSupport I’ve done this just now, in addition to opening a ticket in the game and exchanging emails that way. This has been a miserable customer experience. At this point, I just want my money back and I don’t think I’ll ever buy a premium pass again.
