@Nikoli81@sooperfly88@nateburleson Coaches also have actual contracts and can get fired for a multitude of reasons. I'm sorry, but if you look at the current state of CFB/NIL and say "oh yea this is working fine" then you're simply choosing to be blind to it. Nobody is wanting to not pay them.
@JMAU73@RyanCFowler I don't have to Google it, I'm a member of the original chapter and no we don't put up huge sums of money to be a member. It's a reasonable annual membership fee, we have coaches and beat writers come speak, eat ribs and drink beer together.
@802_3Rebel@TheRealCruzOx Plenty of people are saying that though. I've seen 100s of comments on here claiming that's the ONLY reason Saban was successful, which is absurd.
@thejivy@thecodytkac Give me an example. The most famous complaint was with hurry-up offense and he wanted the O to have to wait until 29 seconds on playclock before the snap. This was tabled and never approved even though it was named the "Saban Rule."
@thejivy@thecodytkac "Allegations" simply made by fans of opposing teams, never anything legit. Even "if" Saban were doing things under the table, are you honestly going to act like every other big program wasn't doing the same?
@AverageSavageMB@drjayshow@SSN_Alabama@macandcube Again no actual argument, just name calling which typically points to the uneducated. Congrats on digging up an old tweet that’s unrelated though.
